About Me

Planning successful conferences, meetings and events since 1985.

High-level conferences. Summits. Employee recognition events. Cross-Canada financial product education “Roadshows”. Themed events. Sporting events. Oktoberfest beer halls. Stampede Parties and the Olympics. I’ve done it all…and more.

I’m a detail-guy. I enjoy creating the perfect situation and setting for people to accomplish their business – or to celebrate their success. Perhaps that’s why when a project wraps, clients always say, “we originally thought we could do this ourselves, but now we’re glad we brought in a professional!”

I’m a member of Meeting Planners International (MPI). I hold a certificate in Event Management from Mount Royal University and a degree from the University of Western Ontario.

My specialty is planning successful conferences and meetings for both public- and private-sector businesses. From the moment you start thinking about a conference, I come aboard to make sure all the pieces come together on time, on budget, with creativity and professionalism.

My meeting management career has included extensive, full-time hotel experience–catering management, front desk, and auditing. Along the way, I spent almost 20 years in Human Resources (Benefits/Employee Recognition).

I’ve worked on amazing conferences and events over the years – for a wide variety of clients from individuals to high tech, the arts, not-for-profit, health care, and universities.

I’m based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.  But travel anywhere!
