Take 100 or so Canadian and American researchers, add politicians, university presidents, and a consul general or two. The Bunson burner was hot on my heels during this extremely high-profile meeting between Canada and the United States–exploring collaborative research initiatives.

From planning to fundraising, and on-line registration to two intense days of talks, I kept this scripted event under budget, and created a great success for my client–the University of British Columbia.
