International Meeting of University Administrators (IMUA)

You're in Europe and you have a 5 day conference in Vancouver. Who is going to coordinate your meeting and destination management needs? From sourcing venues and suppliers, logo design, and coordination of conference support materials, I'm planning it all for this major international conference.

Coastal Sound International Choral Festival

I appreciate music, but I can't sing! That didn't stop me from organizing a international choral festival for 500 youth. Accommodations, meal planning, scheduling, booking rehearsal and concert space, program design, web content, and other logistics were all part of an extensive planning process.

Canada-California Strategic Innovation Summit

Take 100 or so Canadian and American researchers, add politicians, university presidents, and a consul general or two. The Bunson burner was hot on my heels during this extremely high-profile meeting between Canada and the United States--exploring collaborative research initiatives.

From planning to fundraising, and on-line registration to two intense days of talks, I kept this scripted event under budget, and created a great success for my client--the University of British Columbia.
